两种半乳糖醇氯化钆配合物的制备与表征

     

摘要

制备了两种半乳糖醇氯化钆配合物,其中一种是金属离子与配体摩尔比为2∶1的配合物,钆离子与半乳糖醇的3个羟基及6个水分子配位,其它水分子以结晶水的形式存在,氯离子不参加配位;另一种配合物根据红外光谱、元素分析、差热热重分析、远红外光谱以及太赫兹光谱推测可能是钆离子与2个半乳糖醇分子的6个羟基以及3个水分子配位,形成1∶1配合物.实验结果表明,红外光谱法可直接对糖配合物的结构提供重要信息,半乳糖醇与稀土离子之间可以形成多种配合物,金属离子与糖的羟基存在着复杂的相互作用.%The interaction of carbohydrates with metal cations is of great interest as it occurs during many important biological processes and other applications, such as food and pharmacy. In this work, two GdCl3-galactitol complexes were synthesized. One is 2GdC13 · C6H14O6 · 14H2O, in which Gd3+ is coordinated to three hydroxyl groups of galactitol and six water molecules, other water molecules are hydrogen-bonded and chloride ions do not coordinate to metal ions. For the second GdCl3-galactitol complex, its single crystal is not available. On the basis of its IR spectrum, elemental analysis, Far-IR spectrum, THz spectrum and TGA results, its possible structure may be suggested as that Gd3 + is nine-coordinated to six hydroxyl groups from two galactitol molecules and three water molecules, the ratio of metal to galactitol is 1:1 and maybe several water molecules are hydrogen-bonded in the structure. The suggested structure is in agreement with the IR spectrum and TGA results. The formation of two lanthanide-galactitol complexes demonstrates the complexity of the interactions between metal ions and hydroxyl groups.
