用自制的六羟甲基三聚氰胺与聚乙烯醇1788进行复配固化成膜,利用TG-DTA对复配体系的动力学进行研究。借助于热动力学分析方程Kissinger与Crane方程推导出复配体系固化动力学参数,包括表观活化能Ea,频率因子A,反应级数n,其值A=4.34×109/min,Ea=66.512 kJ/mol,n=0.931。利用所建立模型预测5K/min升温速率下体系固化特性进行,理论预测与实验相吻合。%The homemade hexamethylol melamine and the poval-1788 were used to solidify curing film. The TG-DTA was used to study the kinetics of the solidification system. The thermodynamic analysis equation Kissinger and Crane were used to deduce curing kinetics parameters such as apparent activation energy Ea, frequency factor A, reaction order n in the solidification system. And the values of A,Ea,and n are 4. 34 × 109/min, 66. 512 kJ/mol and 0. 931. The model was used to predict the characters of the solidification system under the heating rate of 5K/min, it was found that the model predictions agreed well with the experimental observations.
