MTBE装置甲醇回收系统操作异常分析及处理

摘要

To solve the operational abnormals and sieve tray extraction column clogging problems in methanol recovery system of MTBE plant, the influence of process operations, the nature of raw materials and catalysts are discussed. The formation factor of acidic water in extraction system are discussed and the prevention method are proposed.%针对MTBE装置甲醇回收系统操作异常及萃取筛板塔盘堵塞问题,从工艺操作、原料性质、催化剂性质等方面进行了探讨,总结了萃取水系统呈酸性的形成因素以及可以采取的预防处理措施.
