黏土稳定剂NH-FB1在低渗透油藏注水井中的应用

             

摘要

针对高分子季铵盐类阳离子聚合物类黏土稳定剂在低渗透油藏应用中存在断面堵塞、注入困难的问题,研究开发了一种新型高效、适用于低渗透油藏注水开发的低分子聚合物类黏土稳定剂NH-FB1,并评价了其防膨性能、抗温性能、耐冲刷性能以及低渗透油藏岩心的注入性能.评价结果表明:NH-FB1黏土稳定剂的防膨效果好、持久性强,高温下与缓蚀剂KD-26的配伍性好,具有良好的协同效果;耐水洗率达到92.3%,耐温达到300℃;在低渗透地层中注入性能好、分子通过能力强、注入过程无伤害.NH-FB1在江苏油田低渗透油藏天95断块的注水防膨井中进行了现场应用试验,取得了良好的防膨效果,对应油井出油效果明显.%Aiming at the problems such as fracture surface blocking and difficulty of injection existed in the application of macromolecule quaternary ammonium salt caution polymer clay stabilizer in the low permeability reservoir,the new type effective low molecular polymer clay stabilizer NH-FB1 is studied and developed,which is appropriate for water flooding of low permeability reservoir.The anti-swelling properties,temperature resistance,erosion resistance and injection performance of core in low permeability reservoir is evaluated,and the results show that the NH-FB1 clay stabilizer has good anti-swelling effect and strong durability,it behaves good compatibility and favourable synergy with corrosion inhibitor KD-26 under high temperature.The washable rate reaches 92.3% and the temperature resistance reaches 300 ℃.The injection performance in low permeability formation is satisfactory,and has strong molecular passing ability without damage during implantation.Field test of NH-FB1 of water injection and anti-swelling well in T95 fault block of low permeability reservoir in Jiangsu oiffield is carried out,and good anti-swelling effect is obtained;meanwhile,the increasing oil effect of corresponding oil wells is obvious.
