清洁压裂液研究进展

             

摘要

The performance of fracturing fluid has the direct bearing on the effect of hydraulic fracturing,and oil and gas exploitation has definite requirements on fracturing fluid performance,such as filtration property,suspendability,friction loss,stability and effects on in-place permeability.The composition of cleaning fracturing fluid,mechanism of thickening and gel-breaking,temperature resistance,shear resistance,sand-carrying property and gel-breaking property are presented,the domestic research status of cleaning fracturing fluid are summarized,and the field application status at home and abroad is analyzed.Cleaning fracturing fluid has been extensively promoted and applied in the oil field abroad,and the domestic application has also achieved preferable effect in recent years.Aiming at the domestic research and application status of cleaning fracturing fluid,it is pointed out that the development trend of cleaning fracturing fluid is to study and develop more effective,less polluted,lower cost cleaning fracturing fluid system,and prepare gel breaker which is applicable for ultra-low permeability and low yield of oil and gas.It is important to develop high temperature resistance cleaning fracturing fluid which appropriate for complex geology condition in our country,study the interactional mechanism of geology and environmental condition and cleaning fracturing fluid,and make the best of drainage.%压裂液的性能直接关系到水力压裂的效果,在油气开发中对压裂液的滤失性能、悬浮性能、摩阻损失、稳定性及对地层渗透率影响等方面具有一定的要求.介绍了清洁压裂液的组成、增稠破胶机理以及耐温抗剪切性能、携砂性能和破胶性能,总结了近年来清洁压裂液的国内研究情况,并对清洁压裂液在国内外的现场应用情况进行了分析.清洁压裂液已在国外得到了大规模的推广和应用,近年来在国内油气田的实际应用中也取得了较好的结果.针对清洁压裂液的国内研发和应用现状,指出清洁压裂液今后的发展方向主要是加大力度研发更加高效、无污染、低成本的清洁压裂液体系,研制适合特低渗低产油气的破胶剂,开发出适用于我国复杂地质地理状况的耐高温清洁压裂液体系,深入研究不同的地理环境条件与清洁压裂液相互作用的机制,以及充分利用返排液.
