耐热聚丙烯专用树脂的结构与性能研究

         

摘要

采用万能材料试验机、摆锤冲击仪、热变形温度测定仪、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X衍射仪和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等研究了国内研发的耐热聚丙烯专用树脂(国产耐热PP)和同类进口产品的相关性能参数,分析了该国产耐热PP中试和工业试验产品的结构与性能.结果表明:国产耐热PP中试产品的弯曲模量大于1800 MPa,悬臂梁冲击强度大于3.0 kJ/m2,且热变形温度高于120℃;国产耐热PP工业产品的力学性能优异,达到甚至超过国外同类产品水平;其热性能指标达到了同类进口产品的水平;其与同类进口产品的相对分子质量比较相近,分子质量分布远高于同类进口产品.%The structure and mechanical properties of the domestically-developed heat resistance polypropylene and similar imported products are characterized by universal material testing machine,pendulum impact instrument,heat deflection instrument,DSC,X-ray diffraction method and GPC,and the structure and mechanical properties of the domestic heat resistance polypropylene in pilotplant tests and commercial tests are analyzed.The results show that the corresponding high-performance grade with flexural modulus over 1800 MPa,izod impact strength higher than 3.0 kJ/m2 and the heat resistance over 120 ℃ are produced in the polypropylene pilotplant tests.The heat resistance polypropylene in commercial tests exhibits better mechanical properties and the mechanical properties which are higher than the level of similar imported products.The thermal properties of heat resistance polypropylene reach the level of similar imported products.The relative molecular mass of the heat resistance polypropylene is similar to that of imported products,and the relative molecular mass distribution is higher than that of imported products.
