燃气轮机压气机可调进口导叶技术浅析

摘要

Gas compressor was the important constituent part of the combustion gas turbine,its inlet guide vane（Inlet Guide Vane hereinafter referred as IGV） was installed ahead of the first stage rotating impeller to control gas flow direction before entering to the first stage rotating impeller.Author has introduced the structure of IGV;has briefly described the control mode of two kinds of the adjustable IGV;has analyzed the influence of the adjustable IGV on combustion gas-steam joint circulation performance;has listed the engineering application effect of adjustable IGV technology.Result indicates that using continuous and adjustable IGV technology in joint circulating machine set can protect from surge occurring in low load running process of gas compressor,it also can increase the total heat efficiency of joint circulation in case of partial load.%压气机是燃气轮机的重要组成部件之一,其进口导流叶片（inlet guide vane,简称IGV）安装在第1级动叶前,用来控制进入第1级动叶前的气流方向。介绍了IGV的结构;简述了2种可调IGV的控制方式;分析了可调IGV对燃气蒸气联合循环性能的影响;列举了可调IGV技术的工程应用效果。结果表明,在联合循环机组中采用连续可调的IGV技术,可防止压气机在低负荷运行过程中发生喘振,还可在部分负荷时提高联合循环的总体热效率。
