介绍了甲醇项目空分装置空压机组的组成,以及TS3000专业机组控制系统在空压机组的应用;分析了机组超速、喘振、联锁的原因及解决方案;阐述了TS3000机组系统的安装、调试、维护的要点。%Author has introduced components of air compressor units in air separation plant of methanol project,and the application of control system of TS3000 professional units in air compressor units;has analyzed the overspeed surge of the units,reason of interlock and its solution scheme,has described the gists of installation,commission and maintenance for system of TS3000 units.
