新疆地区煤制天然气项目发展前景刍议

摘要

Author has studied and discussed the feasibility for project of natural gas made by coal in Xinjiang region; has introduced the policy related to coal chemical industry development during "12th Five-Years Plan"of Weiwuer nation autonomous region in Xinjiang of China; has analyzed the distri- bution feature of coal resource and distribution superiority of natural gas piping network in the Xinjiang region ; comparison and demonstration were made for the project of natural gas produced by coal in Xinjiang region from aspects of coal gasification process, technical index, environment influence and economy etc. Result indicates that the project of natural gas made by coal has a stronger competitive capacity in market in Xinjiang region.%研究和探讨了新疆地区开发煤制天然气项目的可行性；介绍了国家及新疆维吾尔自治区“十二五”期间针对煤化工行业发展的相关政策；分析了新疆地区煤炭资源的分布特点以及天然气管网的分布优势；从气化工艺、技术指标、环境影响、经济性等方面对新疆地区煤制天然气项目进行了对比和论证。结果表明，新疆地区煤制天然气具有较强的市场竞争力。
