壳牌煤气化装置循环气压缩机布置防火设计的合规性分析

摘要

论证了壳牌煤气化装置循环气压缩机布置方案的防火设计合规性;分析了有关循环气压缩机布置的防火规范要求和危险因素规避方法;阐述了全封闭压缩厂房爆炸危险区域等级的影响因素。结果表明,壳牌煤气化装置的循环气压缩机布置在煤气化框架内的设计方案可以满足防火设计的规范要求。%Author has proved the as-standardization for the fire prevention design of layout scheme of circular gas compressor in the Shell coal gasifica- tion plant ; has analyzed the fire prevention code requirement of circular gas compressor layout and the evading method of hazard factors, has described the effecting factors of explosion ＆ hazard area class in the fully closed building of compressors. Result indicates that the layout of the circular gas compressor, inside the shell coal gasification frame can satisfy the code requirement of fire prevention design.
