新型甲醇装置化工废水中挥发性气体的回收处理

             

摘要

In allusion to the problems that there was most of organic waste gas entrained in the waste water, which was caused in the methanol plant with a capacity of 500,000t/a in the Longyu Coal Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. , Henan Coal Chemical Engineering Group, recovery scheme for absorption-reformation with mixing liquid of strong absorption solution and sodium hypochlorite was adopted, recovery treatment project, including the air suction system and chemical absorption reaction system, has been constructed and put into operation in June, 2011. Result indicates that operating effect of system is very good, and it can reach to the emission standard requirement of organic waste gas.%针对河南煤化集团龙宇煤化工有限公司50万t/a甲醇装置产生的废水中带有大量有机废气的问题,采用了强氧化吸收液和次氯酸钠混合液吸收转化的回收方案,回收处理项目包括吸风系统和化学吸收反应系统,于2011年6月建成并投入运行。结果表明,系统运行效果良好,有机废气实现达标排放。
