尿素装置氨泵、一甲泵变频调速装置技术改造

         

摘要

In allusion to existing problems because the effective power of the rotating equipment can not been utilized fully and the adjusting means of the flow was backward and so on, after the capacity expansion was changed to 160,000 t/a in the urea plant of Taxinan Petrochemical Plant of Talimu Oil Field, the technical reformation was performed for the ammonia pump and the first carbamate solution pump to be controlled by frequency variation speed adjustment unit. Result indicates that the electric current is reduced from 216 amperes to 129 amperes for the ammonia pump, and from 167 amperes to 77 amperes for the first carbonate solution pump, the electricity fee is saved by about 390,000 Yuan RMB totally in a year, the good quality product rate of urea reaches to 99.72%, the stability rate of operation is 99.65%, the power consume is 135.68 kW ~ tCt of urea, that is 8.32 kW ~ h/t of urea low- er than the index examined.%针对塔里木油田塔西南石化厂尿素装置生产扩能至16万t/a以后存在的因运转设备有效功率得不到充分利用以及流量调节手段落后等问题,实施了将氨泵、一甲泵改造成变频调速装置的技术改造。结果表明:氨泵电流由216A下降到129A,一甲泵电流由167A下降至77A,全年共节约电费约39万元,尿素优级品率达到99.72%,操作平稳率为99.65%,电耗为135.68kW·h/t,比考核指标还低8.32kW·h/t。
