先进的高效合成与低能耗尿素工艺技术

     

摘要

Author has introduced the process flow and technical features with high efficient synthesis and low energy consume urea technology; and has described the technical priority with high efficient synthesis and low energy consume urea technology from aspects of energy consume , equipment lay-out, operation, maintenance and technical risk etc.Result indicates that:①For urea plant using this process technology, 2.4 MPa steam consume per ton of urea product can be reduced to about 750 kg, it reaches to or superior to the most advanced level from famous international licenser of urea; ②) This technology is especially suitable for large-sized urea plant with a capacity of million ton class , also suitable for energy saving and production increasing /reforming in the urea plant with full circulation method of water solution .%介绍了高效合成、低能耗尿素技术( THESES)的工艺流程和技术特点;从能耗、设备布置、操作、维护和技术风险等方面阐述了THESES的技术优势。结果表明:①采用该工艺技术的尿素装置,吨尿素产品的蒸汽(2.4 MPa)消耗可降至约750 kg,已达到或优于国际著名尿素专利商的最先进水平;②该技术特别适用于百万吨级大型尿素装置,也可用于水溶液全循环法尿素装置的节能增产改造。
