甲醇装置原料路线结构调整的工艺方案

摘要

山西焦化股份有限公司拟实施35万t／a甲醇装置原料路线结构调整的技术改造。对比了多种气化工艺方案及配套的净化工艺方案；提出了水冷壁气化炉及加压湿法脱硫串PSA脱碳的技改方案。结果表明：采用该技改方案，可降低甲醇生产成本979万元／a，技改项目的投资回收期为7年。%Shanxi Coking Stock Company Ltd.will execute technical reformation scheme for adjusting structure of the raw material line in the metha-nol plant with a capacity of 350 000 t/a.Author has compared the many kinds of gasification technology scheme and the assorted purification process scheme; has presented the technical reformation scheme with water cooled wall gasifier and pressurized wet method desulphurization in serial combination with PSA decarburization.Result indicates that using this technical reformation scheme can annually reduce the productive cost of methanol by 9.79 mil-lion Yuan RMB; the investment recovery period is 7 years for this technical reformation project.
