根据天然气液化项目用氮的特点,分别对变压吸附制氮( PSA)和膜分离制氮( MEM)的制氮原理、工艺流程、设备运行情况、公用工程消耗和一次性投资等方面进行了对比;并以天然气液化能力为60万t/a的液化站为例,进一步对比了2种制氮工艺,总结了其优缺点。%According to nitrogen usage feature of LNG project, author has separately compared the nitrogen making methods by pressure shift adsorp-tion and membrane separation from aspects of nitrogen making principle, process flow, equipment operation situation, utility consume and one-time invest-ment etc.; and has further compared the two kinds of nitrogen making processes, moreover taking the liquidation station for a LNG project with a capacity of 600 000 t/a as an example, has summarized their advantages and disadvantages.
