干粉加压气化水激冷与气激冷工艺比较

摘要

分别介绍了壳牌煤气化工艺技术和西安热工研究所两段式粉煤加压气化工艺技术；对比了2种工艺的技术特点；分析了影响壳牌气化炉气激冷和两段式气化炉水激冷效果的因素。结果表明：①壳牌气化炉产出蒸汽是两段炉副产蒸汽的2倍，但两段炉造价低于壳牌气化炉；②壳牌气化炉工艺比较成熟，两段炉工艺还需进一步优化。%Author has separately introduced the Shell coal gasification process technology and the two stages type of pulverized and pressurized coal gasification process technology of Xi'an Thermal Researching Institute;has compared the technical features of two kinds of process;has analyzed the factors influencing effect for Shell gasifier gas quenching and gasifier water quenching in two stages .Result indicates:①Steam produced by Shell gasifier is two times as by-produced steam by two stage gasifier,but the cost of two stage gasifier is lower than Shell gasifier;②The Shell gasifier process is riper;the two stage gasifier process is to be further optimized.
