低温硝酸尾气脱硝催化剂的研究

             

摘要

TiO2 carrier is prepared with sol-gel method, and V2 O5/TiO2 catalyst is made with incipient ̄wetness impregnation method. Using a fixed bed catalytic reactor, with gas ammonia as reducing agent, the influence of reaction temperature, ammoniaitrogen ratio, space velocity and other factors on the performance of the catalyst are investigated. Experiment results show that at the temperature of 170 ℃, ammoniaitrogen ratio of 1. 1, space ve ̄locity of 10 000 h-1 , the NOx removal efficiency of the catalyst has reached 94% with both good removal efficiency and good economic efficiency.%采用溶胶 ̄凝胶法制备TiO2载体,等体积浸渍法制得A+B /TiO2低温硝酸尾气脱硝催化剂。利用固定床反应器,以氨气作为还原剂,考察了反应温度、氨氮比、空速等因素对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明:在170℃、氨氮比1.1,空速10000 h-1时,脱硝效率达到94%,既有较好的脱硝效率,又经济合理。
