五环炉吊装工程研究与应用

摘要

Taking the WHG hoisting as an example, this paper introduces the hoisting plan, quality control methods and safety measures of large e-quipment as well as the hoisting construction process of gasifier, quench tank and transfer duct plus gas reverse chamber in the construction of chemical plant. The hoisting of quench tank belongs to the hoisting of large equipment under special condition. This paper stresses the calculation, analysis, plan selection and process of the hoisting of quench tank.%以五环炉吊装工程为例，介绍了在化工建设中，大型设备的吊装方案、质量控制方法、安全技术措施，以及气化炉、激冷罐、输气管加返回室的吊装施工工艺流程。其中激冷罐的吊装属于特殊条件下大型设备的吊装，着重阐述了激冷罐吊装的计算分析、方案选择和吊装过程。
