摘要

This paper presents the development process and features of the new WHG Gasification Process and expounds the composition of syngas produced by the WHG with water or steam quenching, and the differences with similar and other gasification processes. This paper also analyzes the prob-lems occurred during the commissioning, provides solutions and looks into the future of WHG.%介绍了新型五环炉干煤粉加压气化工艺技术的发展历程及特点，阐述了五环炉采用水/汽激冷后的合成气组成与类似干粉以及其他气化工艺的区别，分析了试车过程中暴露的问题以及解决措施，并展望了五环炉的未来。
