Freezing concentration and separation technology has an excellent application potential in the fields of the thermal-sensitive food, chemical engineering, biology and pharmacy, due to its advantages of the low energy consumption, low equipment corrosion, low operating temperature and good product quality. Firstly, two kinds of the continuous freezing concentration and separation untis are presented followed by the introduction of their structures, working principles, main characteristics. Then the regular patterns of their energy consumptions and some further problems are analyzed.%冷冻浓缩分离技术具有能耗少、设备腐蚀弱、操作温度低、浓缩产品质量好等优点,在热敏性食品和化工、生物、制药料液的浓缩分离中有很好的应用潜力。给出了两种连续式冷冻浓缩分离装置,介绍了其基本构成、工作原理、主要特点,并对冷冻浓缩分离装置的能耗规律和需要解决的问题进行了分析。
