挠性薄管板换热器的计算方法及问题探讨

摘要

The calculation of the thickness of the flexible and thin tube sheet is the key to the design of the thin tube sheet heat exchanger. Thus the calculation methods and the research results at home and abroad are summarized and compared with the practical engineering cases followed by the discussion of the existing problems. When both the formula calculation and the finite element method are used, the existing problems are solved and it represents the development trend of the calculation of the thin tube sheet.%挠性薄管板厚度的计算是薄管板换热器设计的关键。总结了国内外标准关于挠性薄管板的计算方法以及有关研究成果，并结合工程实际案例对薄管板计算方法进行了对比分析，对存在的问题进行了探讨。采用公式计算并采用有限元方法进行验证，两者相结合可以弥补薄管板计算存在的问题，这也是薄管板计算方法的发展趋势。
