This thesis researches different influences on strippable properties with different kinds of resins, graphitized carbon blacks, lubricants, but the same cross-linking agents and anti-oxidants. Determine the formulations (mass fraction) of insulation&conductor semi-conductive shield PE compounds, including different EVA are 100, different graphitized carbon blacks are 60, different lubricants are 8.0, cross-linking agents are 2.1, anti-oxidants are 0.8. Strippable strength is from 16.4 N/cm to 40 N/cm. Hot set test load elongation is 75%.%采用混炼方法研究了选用不同种类基础树脂、导电碳黑、润滑剂及相同交联剂、抗氧剂对内外屏蔽料剥离性能的影响,确立内外屏蔽料配方(质量份数):不同EVA为100份,不同导电炭黑60份,不同种类润滑剂为8.0份,交联剂为2.I份,抗氧剂为0.8份。 cm---100Ω.cm剥离强度为16.4N/cm---40N/cm/cm,热延伸试验载荷下伸长率为75%。
