液化石油气组成色谱分析技术探讨

         

摘要

考察了3种色谱柱对液化石油气的分离性能。采用自制的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯+癸二腈联合柱能使液化气中丙烷、丙烯的分离得到明显改善,以利于各组分准确定量;癸二腈色谱柱对液化石油气各组分除C2外都有较好的分离及重现性,对于炼厂含硫液化石油气中 H 2 S亦有较好的分离效果。采用Al2 O3/PLOT 石英毛细管色谱柱、FID检测器,该方法比较理想地检测了液化石油气组分C1~C5烃,各组分均能实现基线分离,且方法精密度良好。此外,还对液化石油气分析过程中取样、进样、结果定量及标准气使用等影响分析准确性的关键技术进行了详细探讨。%This article researched the separation properties of LPG by three kinds of chromato‐graphic column .The separation of propane and propylene in LPG could be improved by using self‐made column of dibutyl phthalate and sebacic nitriles together ,so as to quantify the various compo‐nents accurately .Sebacic nitriles chromatographic column had a high resolution and good repeatability in analyzing all kinds of components except C2 of LPG and was good for separating hydrogen sulfide from LPG in refinery .The Al2 O3/PLOT quartz capillary column and FID tested the C1 -C5 compo‐nents of LPG more ideally ,each component could achieve baseline separation ,and the precision of the result was good .The key technologies affecting the accuracy of LPG analysis ,such as sampling ,in‐jection ,results quantification and use of reference gas ,were discussed in detail .
