天然气净化厂蒸汽及凝结水系统节能技术探讨

         

摘要

Aiming at operating problems such as large consumption of boiler fuel gas ,low recovery rate of condensate ,large amount of steam venting ,and field leaking water of steam condensate ,etc ., Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant General strengthened the economical operation and management of energy‐saving through cleaning the boilers , timely adjusting the steam volume according to the load variation ,as well as checking the insulation effect regularly .Besides ,energy saving technical reconstruction ,including enhancing the steam heat exchange and low quality water recycling ,were carried out .The field practice showed that the energy saving measures were feasible and effect .In addition ,the field data of fuel gas consumption and condensate recovery rate indicated that there were further energy‐saving space for the steam condensate system ,and the energy‐saving potential in steam and condensate system could be achieved by further reducing the leakage , improving the condensate recovery and guaranteeing the quality of steam condensate .%针对部分净化厂锅炉燃料气消耗量大、凝结水回收率低、蒸汽放空量大、蒸汽凝结水现场跑冒滴漏等现状,重庆天然气净化总厂从对锅炉清灰、根据负荷变化及时调整蒸汽量、定期检查保温效果等方面加强节能经济运行管理;从加强蒸汽热量交换、低品质凝结水回收利用等方面进行节能技术改造。经现场实践证明,这些节能措施是可行的。另外,通过燃料气消耗量、凝结水回收率等现场数据的收集可看出蒸汽凝结水系统还有进一步节能的空间,可以从进一步减少泄漏、提高凝结水回收率、保障蒸汽凝结水品质等方面对蒸汽及凝结水系统进行节能挖潜。
