Oxidative dehydrogenation of propane ( ODHP ) ,with highly promising energy efficiency ,is a newfangled technology for producing propene .First of all ,the effects of flow rates of H2O and O2 with different temperature on the yield of propene were analyzed thermodynamically by Aspen Plus software . Then , based on the kinetic reaction model provided by the literature experiment ,the model of the plug flow reactors was established .The steady-state simulation was carried out ,which was in accordance with actual situation of the industrial units .The influencing factors of propylene yield w ere analyzed .It was concluded that the optimization of steam ,catalyst and oxygen led to the increase of propylene yield by 25%,19% and 7% respectively .Finally ,the Comsol software was used to make the coupled calculation of R1 reactor .The structure of oxygen distributor of R2 oxidation reactor was studied preliminarily .%丙烷氧化脱氢(ODHP)是丙烯生产新工艺,有较高的节能潜力.采用Aspen软件热力学分析不同流量O2、H2O (水蒸气)及反应温度对丙烯产率的影响;基于文献实验提供的动力学反应模型,建立了平推流反应器单元模型,并进行稳态模拟,结果基本符合工业反应装置实际情况,分析了丙烯产率的影响因素,得出优化后的 H2O 、催化剂和 O2使丙烯产率分别提高25%、19% 和7% 左右;运用Comsol软件对R1反应器进行耦合计算,对R2氧化反应器氧气分布器结构进行初步研究.
