剩余污泥改性制备烟气脱硫吸附剂的研究

         

摘要

Via loading metal oxide, the adsorbent for flue gas desulfurization was produced with sludge from urban sewage plant, and its property and adsorption mechanism in SO2-O2-H2O( g)-N2 system were studied. The results show that adsorbent with 5% MgO loading mass fraction works better; while SO2 inlet concentration stays at 2 021. 38mg/m3, O2 mass fraction at 12% and H2O (g) at 12% , flue gas velocity at 2. 13 m/min and the temperature at 60t , the sludge-derived adsorbent desulfurization efficiency and adsorption capacity can reach 93.8% and 66.6mg/g respectively. In water-vapor, the basic metal oxide (MgO) strong basicity can accelerate chemical adsorption for SO2. The isothermal adsorption process can be described with Freundli-ch model.%以城市污水厂剩余污泥为原料,采用负载金属氧化物的方法进行改性制备烟气脱硫吸附剂,并进行了性质表征,对污泥吸附剂在SO2 -O2-H2O(g)-N2体系的吸附机理进行了探讨.结果表明:负载质量分数为5% MgO的吸附剂性能较好;在SO2入口浓度为2 021.38mg/m3、O2质量分数为12%、H2O(g)质量分数为12%、气体流速为2.13m/min和温度60℃的条件下,污泥吸附剂的脱硫效率为93.8%,吸附容量为66.6mg/g;水蒸气存在时,碱金属氧化物MgO较强的碱性作用促进了对SO2的化学吸附;等温吸附过程可用Freundlich模型描述.
