异相型双四连杆抽油机机构的运动分析

摘要

Basing on the comparative analysis of the traditional phase-modulated pumping unit, a new dual four-rod pumping mode was proposed and analyzed to achieve the reciprocating motion of the pumping rod, including the design of linear reciprocating motion of the pullback weight.%在对比分析传统异相型抽油机结构的基础上,提出了一种新的传动方式--异相双四连杆(即双曲柄相差80°)来实现抽油杆的上下往复运动,同时将配重的运动形式设计为直线往复式运动.研究了两套四连杆的运动模式,并对其在运动过程中是否发生干涉进行了分析.
