高压烧结炉齿啮式卡箍锁紧结构优化设计

             

摘要

Basing on ANSYS, both strength checking and fatigue analysis were carried out for the gear-matched and locked clip device in a high-pressure sintering furnace, and then having the device structure optimized in the design was proposed to determine a reasonable structure and size for the device, as well as to make use of materials more efficiently.%借助有限元软件ANSYS对某台高压烧结炉的齿啮式卡箍锁紧结构进行强度校核和疲劳分析,并在此基础上对该结构优化设计,确定合理的结构和尺寸,使材料得到较有效地利用.
