炼厂催化车间离心空压机噪声测试研究

摘要

为了确定某炼厂催化车间离心空压机的主要噪声源,利用PL302双通道数据采集器进行了噪声测试.通过频谱分析找出主要噪声源及其特征.利用声级计测出噪声A声级,得出噪声的传播规律,并根据工业企业厂界噪声标准对噪声A声级进行了评价,提出了治理噪声措施.%The centrifugal compressor noise was measured and analyzed with PL302 two-channel data-acquisi-tion-and-analysis instrument to find out its source and features; and through sound level testing and according to the Industrial Enterprise Noise Standards ( Grade A) , the noise propagation laws were found and noise level was evaluated to propose measures for noise reduction and control.
