反应釜封头部位大开孔接管应力分析与强度校核

摘要

采用有限元软件 ABAQUS 建立某反应釜封头部位大开孔接管有限元模型进行应力分析，并用线性分析法进行强度校核。结果表明：应力最大值发生在接管与封头外壁面相贯处；设计压力条件下应力均满足强度要求。%The finite element model of a large opening nozzle on a reactor’s head was established with ABAQUS software to implement the stress analysis.Having its strength assessed with linear analysis method shows that the maximum stress concentrates on the intersecting line between the nozzle and head,and the stress strength can be acceptable at the design pressure.
