15×104m3超大型浮顶储罐应力计算方法探讨与实验测试分析

         

摘要

以15×104m3超大型浮项储罐为研究对象,分别采用组合圆柱壳法与弹性-刚性地基梁耦合法对储罐壁板与底板的应力进行计算.通过与有限元计算结果的对比分析可知,两种方法计算结果与有限元计算结果的最大误差分别为7.15%和39.15%,说明解析法计算具有一定的局限性.最后,通过对两台储罐试水期间的应力进行测试,进一步验证了有限元计算方法的准确性.现场实测表明,可通过改变储罐第1、2层壁板的高度比例改善储罐壁板最大应力所在位置,使储罐壁板应力分布更加合理,有利于保证超大型浮顶储罐安全工作.%Taking a 15 × 104m3 ultra-large floating roof tank as the object of study,both combined cylindrical shell method and elastic-rigid foundation beam coupling method were adopted to calculate the tank's shell and bottom plate stress.Having it compared with the finite element calculation result to show that,as for the aforesaid two methods and the finite element method,the maximum relative error are 7.15% and 39.15% to indicate a certain limitation in the analytical method.Through testing the stress of two watered tanks,the accuracy of the finite element calculation method was verified.The field test shows that,changing the height ratio of the first shell and second shell can effectively improve the stress distribution over the tank shell more reasonablely,this is more favorable to ensure the safe operation of the ultra-large tank.
