低温液氮用气动控制快速自密封加注阀

摘要

针对传统-197℃低温液氮加注技术的缺点,设计了一个低温液氮用气动控制快速自密封加注阀,介绍了其总体结构与工作原理.该技术不但可用于-197℃低温液氮等超低温流体的自密封自动加注过程,还可用于可燃流体、有害流体及毒性流体等特殊极端流体的自密封自动加注过程.%Considering the shortcomings of pneumatic filling technology for-197℃ cryogenic liquid nitrogen,a pneumatically-controlled fast self-sealed filling valve for cryogenic liquid nitrogen was designed and its over all structure and working principle were introduced.This filling valve can be applied to the cryogenic liquid nitrogen's self-sealed pneumatic filling process and the auto-filling process of combustible fluids,harmful liquids,poisonous fluids and other special fluids.
