换热器管板与换热管胀接密封性能影响因素分析

     

摘要

以换热器管板与换热管胀接区域为研究对象,分别采用实体单元和接触单元对管板与换热管结构以及二者胀接区域的接触状态进行了模拟,并建立了三维数值模型.通过有限元计算方法分别对不同胀接压力、开槽参数和操作温度下的胀接区域的残余接触压力进行了计算,得到了在不同影响因素下胀接区域形成密封环数量的变化情况,并对胀接区域的密封性能进行了研究.最后对室内高温拉脱实验结果与模拟计算结果进行了对比分析,得到二者最大相对误差为10.6%,证明了所建数值计算模型的正确性.%Taking expanded tube joint between the heat exchanger's tubesheet and tubes as the object of study,the solid elements and contact elements were used to simulate tube and tubesheet's structure and their contact state in the expansion zone, respectively, and their 3D numerical model was established.Through making use of the finite element calculation method,the residual contact pressure of expansion area at different expansion pressures,slot parameters and operating temperatures was calculated to get the change of the num-ber of sealing rings formed in the expansion zone under different influence factors,meanwhile,the expansion zone's sealing performance was studied and through implementing the pull-off experiment at high temperatures and comparing the finite element calculation results,their 10.6%maximum relative error was reached to veri-fy the correctness of numerical calculation model established.
