垦利10-1油田低压气回收研究与实践

             

摘要

In the development plan of CEP platform of Kenli 10-1 oilfield,the oil well associated gas is mainly used for self-use(for turbine power generation),and the BZ35-2 oil field is supplied by the 8 inch 32KM gas sea pipe in the later stage of development.In the early stage of oilfield development,the production of associated gas in oil wells was high,and there was a large amount of emptying, resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution.The platform passed the gas sea pipe inversion,and the surplus associated gas was treated and then returned to the Suizhong 35-2 oilfield.The use of oil wells with associated gas.Through actual observation and analysis,the torch has a certain compression space,and the water source well associated gas is used as the sewage system pressure vessel covering gas,and the actual operation effect is good.After the start of quality benefit 4.0,the site will continue to tap the potential of potential reduction and efficiency enhancement,further improve the optimization process,and use the water source wells used as the low-pressure sealing gas of the sewage system to recover and reuse the gas,and seek deep resource utilization to provide efficient development of the oilfield.The basis of practice.%垦利10-1油田CEP平台开发方案中,油井伴生气以自用为主(供透平发电用气),开发后期通过8寸32km的燃气海管由BZ35-2油田供气.油田开发初期,油井伴生气产量高,有较大的放空量,造成资源浪费和环境污染,平台通过燃气海管反输,将富余伴生气经处理后反输至渤中35-2油田,有效地利用了油井伴生气.现场通过实际观察分析,火炬放空量还有一定的压缩空间,将水源井伴生气作为污水系统压力容器覆盖气,实际运行效果良好.质量效益4.0启动后,现场继续挖潜降本增效潜能,进一步完善优化工艺流程,将用做污水系统低压密封气的水源井伴生气回收再利用,谋求深度的资源利用,为油田的高效开发提供实践基础.
