己内酰胺生产技术及产业发展的现状与趋势

摘要

This paper introduces the production and consumption of caprolactam at home and abroad,expounds the mainstream production technology route of caprolactam,and briefly summarizes the production technology of cyclohexanone,cyclohexanone oxime and caprolactam refining contained in its technical route.The advantages and disadvantages of various process technologies and application trends are shown.The results show that the production of caprolactam in China will gradually expand to scale,the integration of upstream and downstream,and the trend of coupling of materials and energy in the whole project.%介绍了国内外己内酰胺的生产和消费情况,阐述了己内酰胺的主流生产技术路线,并对其技术路线中包含的环己酮、环己酮肟和己内酰胺精制等生产工艺技术进行简要综述,总结了各工艺技术的优缺点和应用趋势;研究结果表明:我国己内酰胺生产将逐渐向规模扩大化,上下游配套一体化、以及全项目多装置物料与能量耦合化的趋势发展.
