During the rectification and repair of the hydrogen production unit,cracks were found in the pig tail tube(347H)and the lower pipe table(304H)of the conversion furnace.This paper expounds the causes of the cracks in the stainless steel pipeline, probes into the corrosion cracking of the pipeline and equipment,and puts forward some protective measures in order to solve the corrosion problem,ensure the full and excellent operation of the device and completely remove the hidden trouble of the device.%制氢装置在整改修复期间发现转化炉猪尾管(347H)和猪尾管下管台(304H)出现裂纹,阐述了不锈钢管线产生的裂纹原因,探讨管线、设备产生腐蚀开裂问题,并提出防护措施,为解决腐蚀问题提出设想,保证装置长满优运行,彻底解除装置隐患问题.
