2＃合成氨系统节能技改项目方案的选择

摘要

介绍了2＃合成氨系统采用变压吸附技术制取富氧空气，提高固定床造气炉入炉空气中的氧气浓度，从而提高制气效率；新建一套60 t/h 、5.29 MPa 新型造气吹风气余热回收装置替代原有的60 t/h 、2.5 MPa 余热回收装置进行技术改造方案的选择。%　　Use the pressure swing adsorption technology to produce oxygen-enriched air in 2 #ammonia unit , for the purpose of increasing the the oxygen content of the air into the fixed-bed gasifier , thereby improve the producing syngas efficiency . Also describe the technology revamp programme options of building a new set 60 t/ h , 5.29 MPa late-model blowoff gas waste heat recovery device to replace the old 60 t/ h ,2 .5 MPa unit .
