Propose the revamping technology ,which is to exploit the turbine exhaust steam waste heat for heating the heating water . This method could exploit the low-grade heat effectively ,to achieve the target of energy saving and consumption reduction .%建议实施技术改造，将汽轮机乏汽余热用于采暖水加热，可有效利用低位热能，从而实现节能降耗。
