无水氢氟酸回转反应炉出气管路的设计分析

摘要

反应炉出气管路受到反应炉内粉尘、无水氢氟酸的影响，容易损坏、积尘。这就要求出气管路的设计要充分考虑反应炉及无水氢氟酸的特点，使出气管路更加符合生产要求，保证出气管路能够顺利输送无水氢氟酸。%The outlet pipe of reaction furnace is affected by dust and anhydrous hydrofluoric acid in the reactionfurnace,which is easy to damage and dust.This requires the design of the outlet pipe to give full consideration to the characteristics of the reactor and anhydrous hydrofluoric acid,the outlet pipe is more in line with production requirements,to ensure smooth delivery of anhydrous hydrogenfluoride pipeline.
