由于PVC、PP、PE等高分子塑料材料在进行加工和运输时,易产生静电,而加工后的材料又具有易燃性,因此容易引发静电灾害,在易燃易爆场所更会造成火灾和爆炸的重大事故,为此,国家对塑料的抗静电性能和阻燃的性能提出了更高的要求,同时制定了一系列的法规和标准,加强塑料抗静电阻燃性能的监控。本文通过抗静电阻燃机理对通用型抗静电阻燃添加剂的合成技术进行了研究。%Since When PVC,PP,PE plastics and other polymer materials during processing and transport,easyto produce static electricity,and the material processed and is flammable,so easily lead to electrostatic hazards in flammable and explosive places,but will fire and explosion caused serious accidents,for which the state of the antistatic and flame retardant properties of plastics put forward higher requirements,and formulated a series of regulations and standards,reinforced plastics flame retardant antistatic performance monitoring.Through the mechanism of Anti-Static flame synthesis technology universal antistatic flame retardant additives were studied.
