西气东输工程项目管理措施探讨

In order to improve the construction quality of the West-East Gas Pipeline Project,strengthen the management of the project and adopt the best management measures to avoid the factors affecting the project quality.Strengthen the management of the construction process,from the design,construction and quality acceptance of the West-East Gas Pipeline system,effectively control the construction quality,improve the gas transmission efficiency of the West-East Gas Transmission System,and meet the long-distance pipeline gas transmission skills requirement.%为了提高西气东输工程项目的建设施工质量,应加强对工程项目的管理,采取最佳的管理措施,避免影响工程质量的因素出现.强化对施工过程的管理,从西气东输系统的设计、建造施工及质量验收等多个环节,有效地控制施工质量,提高西气东输系统的输气效率,满足长距离管道输气的技术要求.
