深冷技术在空气分离设备设计中的应用

         

摘要

Under the radiation drive of economic and technological development,the technical level of China's air separation equipment is also constantly improving,and many new air separation equipment have emerged.Cryogenic technology can be said to be the earliest in the air separation technology,so the emergence of new air separation equipment also makes cryogenic technology is more widely used.Common equipment used to separate air are mainly "room temperature air separation" and "cryogenic air separation",the former is run at higher temperatures and at room temperature,in this case there are "membrane separation" and "Transformer Adsorption separation"two designs,while the latter operation is the time when the temperature is very low.In this paper,the related concepts of air separation equipment and cryogenic technology are briefly described.Then the role of cryogenic technology in the design and application of air separation equipment is expounded and analyzed,which enhances the utilization value of cryogenic technology to a certain extent.%在经济与科技发展的辐射带动作用下,我国空气分离设备技术水平也在不断提高,也随之出现了许多新的空气分离设备.深冷技术可以说是空气分离中出现最早的一种技术了,所以,新型空气分离设备的出现也使得深冷技术的应用更加的广泛了.常见的用来分离空气的设备主要有"常温空分"和"深冷空分",前者是在温度较高以及常温的时候运行的,在这情况下又有"膜分离"以及"变压吸附分离"两种设计,而后者运行情况是温度非常低的时候.对空气分离设备和深冷技术的相关概念进行了简单的说明,然后具体阐述和分析了深冷技术在空气分离设备设计应用中的作用,一定程度上提高了深冷技术的利用价值.
