以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为交联剂、对β-环糊精(β-CD)进行修饰改性,制得吸附剂二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-β-环糊精(MDI-β-CD),并用于吸附处理苯酚废水.采用红外光谱(IR)及扫描电镜(SEM)对交联产物进行表征,结果发现,所得的交联产物即为目标产物.考察了振荡时间、溶液pH值,吸附温度、聚合物MDI-β-CD用量以及苯酚溶液初始质量浓度对苯酚吸附性能的影响.结果表明:温度20℃,振荡时间40 min,pH值3-7,聚合物用量40 mg/mL,吸附质量比能达到18.1 mg/g.该吸附剂具有吸附能力强、无二次污染、环境友好等优点,在处理酚类废水领域发挥重要作用.%The adsorbent, diphenyl methane diisocyanate-β-cyclodextrin ( MDI-β-CD) synthesized by the modification of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with crosslinking reagent diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) , was used in the treatment of phenol-containing wastewater. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) techniques were used to characterize the cross-linked polymer. The results suggest that the final product is target product. The influence of adsorption conditions of adsorption time, pH value of solution, adsorption temperature, the amount of cross-linked polymer and initial phenol mass concentration on adoption capacity were investigated. The results indicate that the adsorption capacity (mass ratio) is up to 18.1 mg/g with the amount of cross-linked polymer of 40 mg/mL in 40 min, the initial phenol mass concentration 200 mg/L, wastewater pH 3-7 , and temperature 20 ℃. It has more excellences such as strong phenol adsorption, no secondary pollution, environment-friendly and plays an important role in the treatment of phenol-containing wastewater.
