三乙烯四胺合钴溶液脱除烟气中NO的实验研究

         

摘要

NO removal from simulating flue gas with aqueous triethylenetetraminecobalt solution was experimentally studied in a packed column.The NO removal capability of different absorbents and the influence of temperature and oxygen volume fraction on the NO removal efficiency were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the NO removal capability of triethylenetetraminecobalt solution is higher than that of Fe2+ -EDTA (ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid ) solution in the absence of oxygen.The volume fraction of oxygen existing in the gas phase has important effect on the NO removal.The higher the oxygen volume fraction is, the higher the NO removal efficiency will be.The temperature is a very important operating condition for the NO removal.In the presence of oxygen, the optimal temperature is 50 ℃.%采用三乙烯四胺合钴溶液作为吸收液,在填料塔内,对模拟烟气进行了湿法脱硝的实验研究.主要考察了不同吸收液的NO脱除能力,以及温度和氧体积分数对NO脱除效率的影响.研究结果表明:无氧条件下,三乙烯四胺合钴溶液脱除NO的能力比Fe2+-乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)溶液脱除NO的能力强;气相中的氧体积分数对NO的脱除影响显著,气相中氧的体积分数越高,NO的脱除率越高;温度对NO的脱除有较大影响,最佳反应温度为50℃.
