以综合费用最小为目标的无分流换热网络综合

         

摘要

The peak-valley superseding approach was presented for the synthetic optimization of comprehensive cost-minimum heat exchanger networks (HENs) with no stream splits. The objective function was minimized to obtain the local minimum and the corresponding structure of HENs. Then the minimized structure was set as the initial objective function for next optimization to obtain the local maximum and the corresponding structure of HENs. The process of minimization and maximization as above was going on alternately by following a certain way, and jumped out of the local minimum point to look for better structure until the optimal structure was found. Two typical examples were used to verify the feasibility of the method. The results show that the novel approach is able to find better networks structure than those obtained by other methods.%提出峰谷轮换法对以综合费用最小为目标的无分流换热网络进行综合优化,该方法首先对目标函数极小化得到一个局部极小值及相应的结构,然后以该结构为初始结构极大化目标函数得到局部极大值及相应结构,极小化和极大化过程沿着一定路径无折回地交替进行,跳出局部极小值点,寻找更优的换热网络结构,直至最优结构.采用2个典型算例对该方法的可行性进行了验证,结果表明:该方法能找到比其他方法得到的最优结果更优的换热网络结构.
