全混流反应器内流动规律模拟研究

     

摘要

The small gas-solid reactor close to a mixed flow reactor was studied.It can be used in laboratory studies for gas-solid reaction in complete mixing flow state.The optimal structure of reactor was obtained through computational fluid dynamics ( CFD), which included a conical main body, four inlets at the bottom of the reactor,and one outlet at the upper part of the reactor.The gas was fed from the four injections, and the catalyst fell down in the center zone of reactor in flow process, thus forming a flow mode with gas in level rotating and catalyst in vertical rotating.The investigation on the structural parameters and gas velocity reveals that the reactor can make gas-solid contact approach to complete mixing flow without blender.With simple structure, lower demand for the analysis method, the reactor is especially suitable for reaction kinetics study.%研究了一种接近全混流的小型气固相反应器,可以用于在实验室研究时需要实现全混流接触状态的气固相反应的研究.采用计算流体力学软件(CFD)进行模拟得到最优结构,其结构包括1个圆锥形反应器主体,4个连接在反应器主体底部的进料口,1个连接在反应器主体上部的出料口.气体从4个进料口进入,催化剂在流动过程中从中部掉落,形成气体水平转动,催化剂垂直转动的流动方式.通过对结构参数、进气速度的考察,表明该反应器可以在没有搅拌器的情况下使气固相接触达到接近全混流的状态,其结构简单,对分析方法要求不高,特别适用于反应动力学的研究.
