旋流干燥器流场模拟研究

     

摘要

旋流干燥器(SMTD)作为一种新型的干燥装置,其结构简单、干燥效率高、处理量大,成为气固二相流干燥研究的新方向.文中用流体力学软件Fluent对旋流干燥器内部的流场进行了数值模拟研究,采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)模拟气相流动,模拟结果表明:旋流干燥器各干燥事内气流主要做旋转运动,穿过旋流板时,主要做返混运动;切向速度分布呈"S"型,从中心向二侧速度逐渐增加达到一个峰值后减小;旋流板开孔处,以轴向速度为主.%As a new generation of drying equipment, swirl medium time dryer (SMTD) has a simple structure, high efficiency, and large capacity. It is becoming a new trend of the research of gas-solid mo-phase flow drying technology. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software package Fluent was used in the numerical simulations of flow field inside the SMTD dryer. Reynolds stress model (RSM) was used to simulate the gas flow.The results indicate that the airflow in each drying chamber of cyclone dryer mainly swirls before it passes through the rotating stream tray where back-mixing is dominant. The distribution of tangential velocity is “S” type that the speed gradually increases to reach a peak from center to beth sides and then decreases. Axial velocity is dominant at the opening of the rotating-stream.
