In this paper, the important role of membrane separation technology for hydrogen recovery in the optimized process of synthetic ammonia production was described. To dissolve the problem such as the membrane separation system was flooded, the low recovery and concentration could not meet the design requirements and the requirement of hydrogen peroxide production should be followed, the process of the membrane system was changed and the operation parameters were optimized, which improve the recovery and concentration of hydrogen. Considerable economic benefits can be obtained after the implementation of this optimization.%介绍了膜分离回收氢气技术在优化合成氨生产工艺中的重要作用.针对膜分离系统被水淹泡,分离出渗透H2的浓度及回收率不能满足设计要求及H2O2生产需求问题,通过改造膜系统流程并优化操作指标,找出提高H2回收率及浓度方案,实施后,取得可观的经济效益.
