海洋平台防腐中热喷铝防腐技术的应用

摘要

Offshore platform construction cost is expensive, and because of its far from the coast, once completed, it is difficult to move.This led to routine maintenance extremely difficult. So, the users and the construction of offshore platforms attach great importance to the corrosion protection of the marine platform. The paper first analyzes the law of the corrosion of offshore platform, secondly, to explore the characteristics of thermal sprayed aluminum anti-corrosion technology, thermal spray process carried out in-depth discussions of aluminum corrosion technology applications in the corrosion protection of offshore platform, also studied the antiseptic properties of thermal sprayed aluminum corrosion in the marine environment.%海洋平台造价昂贵,且由于其远离海岸,一旦建成,很难挪动,这样就导致日常维护极为困难.所以,海洋平台的使用者和建造者都对海洋平台的防腐问题极为重视.本文首先分析了海洋平台的腐蚀规律,其次,探讨了热喷铝防腐技术的特点,同时,就热喷铝防腐技术应用在海洋平台防腐中的工艺流程进行了深入的讨论,另外,还研究了热喷铝防腐技术在海洋环境中的防腐性能.
