化工安全基于道化学法的LNG、L-CNG加气合建站安全评价研究

         

摘要

运用道化学法对某LNG、L-CNG加气合建站进行安全评价,得出了站内LNG储气区、CNG储气区、售气区3个单元安全补偿前后的火灾爆炸指数、暴露区域半径、面积、体积和危险等级。评价结果表明, LNG储气区是整个站内的最大风险,经安全补偿后伤害半径减少了18.08m,为站场安全管理提供了依据。但还需进一步完善各项安全补偿措施,将危险等级降到更低。%Dow chemistry method was adopted in security evaluation of a certain LNG and L-CNG filling sta-tions co-establishment,the fire and explosion index,exposure radius,exposure area,exposure volume and hazard grade with and without the compensation of security measures in the LNG storage area,CNG storage area and sell-ing gas area were obtained.The evaluation results show that the LNG storage area is the biggest risk in the LNG and L-CNG filling stations co-establishment,the damage radius reduces 18.08m after taking the compensation of security measures,it provides the basis for safety management of station.But the LNG and L-CNG filling stations co-establishment needs further improvement for the compensation of security measures in order to down the hazard grade to a lower level.
